Food & mood journal
Wiped out after lunch and don't know why?
Bloated some days, fine on others? Log meals in a few words and Nourity finds which of your own foods come before your better and worse days, and how sure it is.
- Free logging, no card
- Never sold, no ads
- About 30 seconds a day

Sound familiar?
You eat, and then something's off. But what?
The 3pm crash
Fine in the morning, flat by mid-afternoon. Some days, not others.
The mystery bloat
You've guessed at gluten, dairy and coffee. Your memory of last Tuesday isn't much help.
Good days, bad days
You can feel the difference, you just can't see the pattern behind it.
Guessing is hard because the clues are spread over weeks. Writing them down is easy. Nourity does the comparing for you.
What you'll see
Real comparisons, with honest confidence
Example from demo entries. Yours come from your own.
- Strong
On days with fried food, you tagged bloating on 64% of days, vs 12% on other days (14 days vs 25).
Unlikely to be chance alone, across plenty of days.
- Moderate
On days after coffee after 2pm, your energy was 24% lower (9 days vs 19).
Worth testing with an experiment.
- Early hint
On days with oats, your mood was 11% higher (6 days vs 22).
Could easily be chance. Keep logging.
Then test it
Pick one change, like no coffee after 2pm for 7 days. Nourity compares how you felt with the week before, and shows how many days you kept to it.
Example numbers, out of 5.
- Nothing is shown until there's enough data: 14 days, and at least 5 days with and without a food.
- Foods always eaten together are kept together, so it never guesses which one matters.
- Patterns, not proof, and never a diagnosis.
How it works
Three small habits, one clear picture
Log in seconds
Type, say or snap what you ate, like “dal with two rotis”. No weighing, no calorie targets.
Check in
Three sliders for energy, mood and stomach comfort, plus optional tags like bloating or poor sleep.
See and test patterns
The trigger finder compares your days; experiments test a hunch. Bring a PDF to your dietitian or doctor.

Questions
How long until I see patterns?
Nourity starts looking after 14 days of logging, and needs at least 5 days with and 5 days without a food before it says anything. A meal or two a day and one check-in is enough.
Is Nourity medical advice?
No. It's a personal journal. Patterns describe your own entries and aren't proof that a food causes anything. If symptoms are frequent, severe or new, please talk to a doctor; your Nourity report can help that conversation.
What's free?
Unlimited meal logging, check-ins with tags, today's score, your last 7 days, 3 photo logs a day, reminders, and a note when we find a pattern. Premium shows the patterns themselves, experiments, all your history and PDF reports.
